    • A: If your item is in stock, it will ship out within 2-3 business days and will arrive according to your chosen shipping method. During peak times, processing may take longer. If your item is not in stock or made to order, please consider the estimated ship date plus shipping time.

  • Q: What are the lengths of your dresses?

    • A: Most of our long dresses are 57"-60" in length, and most of our short dresses are 27"-33" in length, unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.

  • Q: What is the fabric of your dresses?

    • A: Fabric information is listed on most product pages. If you need more information, please contact us.

  • Q: Do your products run true to size?

    • A: Each dress is made differently. Please check the size chart on the product page for accurate sizing information.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Q: Does Styeenigma have a return policy?

    • A: Yes, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact. We do not issue refunds for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Q: What if I need to exchange an item?

    • A: You can request a Return Authorization (RA) and ship the item back within 30 days. We will provide a store credit for applicable items.

  • Q: Do you cover return shipping?

    • A: If you purchase free returns coverage at checkout, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, a handling fee of $18.95 applies, which includes a prepaid shipping label.
