Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Accessories (veils, jewellery, undergarments)
  • Items that have been altered, worn, or washed

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@styeenigma.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as orders are processed promptly. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
