International Returns

At Styeenigma, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must not show any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
- Shoes must be unworn with the original box
- Accessories must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate apparel, lingerie, and swimwear
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
- Custom-made or made-to-order products - Items that have been specially made or customized to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we made an error in production
- Customized or personalized items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Please note: Custom-made products are created specifically for you based on your measurements, color preferences, or other personalized specifications. Due to the unique nature of these items, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review all details before placing your order for custom-made items.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@styeenigma.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team
Important: Please do not send your return without first contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@styeenigma.com with your order number
- Specify which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like to receive instead
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item
If there is a price difference between the original item and the exchange item, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment.
Note: Custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@styeenigma.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Custom-made products: If your custom-made item arrives damaged or defective, or if we made an error in production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to either remake the item or provide a full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@styeenigma.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@styeenigma.com
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions can be returned for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is defective or we made an error. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be issued in USD and converted to your local currency by your bank.
