Initiate a Return or Exchange
We want you to love your Styeenigma purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to make the process as easy as possible.
Before You Start
Please review our Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your item is eligible for return or exchange. Remember:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective
How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support Team
To begin your return or exchange, please email us at support@styeenigma.com with the following information:
- Order Number: Found in your order confirmation email
- Item(s) to Return/Exchange: Product name and size/color
- Reason for Return/Exchange: Brief explanation
- Exchange Details (if applicable): What size/color you'd like instead
- Photos (if damaged/defective): Clear images of the issue
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 hours during business hours with:
- Return Authorization (RA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Pack Your Item
Once you receive your RA number:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Include all tags, accessories, and original packaging materials
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Do not write on the original product packaging
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to the return address provided by our team. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
- Keeping your tracking number for reference
Important: Do not send your return without first receiving a Return Authorization number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Our Error (wrong item, defective, damaged): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- Free Returns Coverage: If purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered
What Happens Next?
For Returns:
- We'll inspect your return within 2-3 business days of receipt
- You'll receive an email notification of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
For Exchanges:
- We'll inspect your return within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Once approved, we'll ship your exchange item immediately
- You'll receive a tracking number for your exchange shipment
